1995 Dodge Neon, IAT values high, was replaced. Now floods so bad it won't start. Why?

Son's Neon burned oil, found a hole in the PCV hose between the Head and PVC valve. Fixed that. Codes read high value in IAT sensor, changed that. Cleaned MAP, both O2 sensors. Floods, badly. Won't start, doesn't sound like its going to. Checked plugs, the gap, no oil, just fuel. Any ideas which way to go. I cleared the codes, nothing new shows up, but I don't know how many start cycles it takes to show up. Thanks.
