S stillchildfree Guest Jan 29, 2009 #1 Both cooling Fans come on as soon as you start the car, and run constantly. Even in 20 below weather? There is no belt on the A/C Compresser, as the pulley sized up, and shredded the belt. Could it be a Relay?
