I have a 1995 Dodge avenger 2.0 liter with the 41FE transmission and has been a great car for me except that the transmission shifts at high rpm's 3200-4000 and it also makes a ticking sound right before it shifts....i thought it might be doing it because the battery drains if you let it sit for more than an hour so i have been taking the cabel off and i thought that may have been messing up the computer but it doesn't fix itself when you drive for a while so i don't think thats the problem.
