when i drive my car 1995 cadillac deville it like hesitates when im pushin the petel like it just doesnt drive fast well feels like it anyways i take it in n the car ppl say suttin about if the engine light isnt on then it will take em an hour labor to see whats going on so anyways they say i also need a tune up n it will be 400 dollars do u think that could be why its hesitating n thats pricey does it really cost that much
