1994 Toyota corolla (manual) suddenly got very hard to shift.?

My Corolla went from shifting great to suddenly becoming almost impossible to shift and sounding horrible when I do it. The hydraulic clutch is still feeling strong when I depress it but I still bled the slave cylinder but it didn't change a thing. went from cruising along in fifth and then shifted into neutral coming to a stop light just fine, but when I tried shifting back into first it wouldn't hardly go at all and you could tell there was some pressure bogging the engine down even with my clutch all the way to the floor. It's like this in every gear. Like all of a sudden you can't get the clutch to disengage all the way anymore.

Any ideas would help me out at this point.Thanks.

Have u ever changed the clutch? If u have pressure u can eliminate the master and slave cylinders. The next step would be clutch and pray that the trans isnt dying.

I think it is your clutch and you might want to get it fixes. but i know from experience that you don't need to use the clutch to shift. as long as you let of the gas and slowly shift its fine. you really only need the clutch for first gear. but you should get your clutch fixed because shifting without a clutch i don't think is so good.
