1994 Toyota Celica Safety? Good car choice?

can anyone find the crash test results/ratings for the 1994 toyota celica? I might be buying one soon but cant find that. Also, is the Celica a good choice for a 1st time teen driver? 34mpg, not great power, but awesome handling. No antilock brakes. But 150,000 miles, only $2600. opinions?
