1994 jeep inline 6 wont start?

this is a once in a while problem u can drive it for days and it starts and runs fine then all the sudden it wont start.ill leave it a day or so and it will be fine. ive changed the crank sensor, cap ,rotor, coil.and plug wires.so what eles? there is no spark so i no it has nothing to do with the fuel system.all fuses and relays check out fine.so is the a point to plud a dionostic scanner up to them .or is that even scanable.beings its on the starting side of the ign.. any and all comment wont be welcome.thanks
