I have a 94 Accord, and whenever I turn the car on the speedometer immediately goes to 20. The place we bought it from told us that it was a problem with the speed sensor, which we then replaced, but that didn't fix the problem at all. And we know it's not a problem with the speedometer cable, because that year and model doesn't have one. What else could be the problem, and will it be an expensive thing to fix?
