1994 honda accord for $1200. Good or bad deal?

So im lookin for cars nd on craigslist i found a 1996 honda accord for 1900. I went to look at it nd deres normal wear on d car but good conditions. Car has 112km on it nd it runs good but it does burn a little oil. When u step on d gas d car does throw a little bit of blueis smoke. So i told him i would pay lower. He threw in $1500 nd i said ok. I look at d title nd i see its a 1994 not a 96! So i askd him once again wat was d year of d car he said 96 nd i said y does it say 94 he was like oh my sister did a mistake. So i feal i caught him in a lie so idk he could b liein abt other things as well. So he went down to $1200 nd i told him i would think abt it. Wat u guys think?
