1994 Honda Accord EX V-TEC no start/ stalls while driving. Why?

I have a 1994 Honda EX V-Tec. Who knows how many miles are on it because the odometer has been rolled back. Sometimes I drive the car and it runs perfect, like nothing is wrong. Other times, it either will not start and I do not hear the fuel pump kick on, and sometimes it will stall while driving. More often it just doesn't start. Sometimes I can take the ground off the battery, count to ten, put the battery cable back on and it will start, sometimes not. Very random and intermittent seems like humid and warm weather have some sort of effect. I have been trying to figure out some sort of pattern and I have not. Very frustrating. I have already replaced the PGMI relay, the ignition coil, checked the distributor cap and plugs and wires. Since the problem is so intermittent, again, I am thinking that it is more electrical than mechanical.

Since I have two keys, one to the door and one to the ignition, I am thinking that the ignition switch had already been replace. The key to the doors are very worn but the ignition key is not worn at all. Also the odometer has been rolled back (not by me) so maybe there is a loose connection behind the dash? This has been going on for months and I am about ready to sell this car on Craig's list.

Any suggestions?
