1994 honda accord dash lights and tail lights out???? questions!?

My tail lights are out and the only go on when I break.
My dash board lights are out as well.
(Was told that the dash was out because of a fuse)
But is my tail lights also due to a fuse?
And if so where is this fuse located?

The ignition cylinder was torn out as well and a piece was broken could this have anything to do with it?

Any information will help.
