i have a 1994 ford ranger with a 3.0, and 5 speed manual transmission. Tt starts and idles great, as of a couple weeks ago it won't go more than 15mph or less if going uphill, the truck at first wants to go then boggs out and sputters like its running out of gas. the check engine lite is on and when i took it to a shop they told me the code said it was running rough, therefore no help. any ideas.
