1994 Ford F-150 Damage?

After being influenced by some peer pressure, I took my truck mudding. It started off my going through a small puddle, but ended with me accidentally jumping it about 3 ft. in the air off of a small hump I didn't see. The truck has a 3 in. lift. After a quick inspection of the truck, we found that the front left tire was sitting lower than the rest. I don't think the axle in bent or anything, but the suspension spring flew off (it was found and is intact). My question is, how do I fix this and how much will it cost?

Every one gets talked into doing something stupid once. If you do it twice, then your beyond hope. Have it towed to a shop, BEND OVER, and take your lumps. Note; the YAHOO's who thought this was a great idea, are nowhere in site.
