1994 Ford Explorer Front end problems?

The other day I asked a question about noise that my Explorer was making when you turned to the right...sounds like a prop plane sitting on a runway getting ready for take off. I only got one suggestion and that was U-joint..... I did notice today that the top of the wheel is out farther than the bottom on the passenger side, the side of the noise and the drivers side is straight. Does it still sound like a u-joint or should I check something else ??
 
i would take it to a shop and have them check the overall suspension its pretty easy to diagnois. With thast noise, i would suspect wheel bearing you will get a loud humming, when you apply a load on it.If it was u-joint normally you get a really shaky/rough take off at low speeds.
