1994 Ford bronco ticking sounds?

my 1994 ford bronco has a ticking sounds it sounds like its coming on the right side (passenger) side right near the front floor board i thought it might be the tranny fluid but the fluid is fine the sound only occurs while in drive and going over 40 mph while accelerating to go faster any ideas thanks
