1994 dodge intreped brain box?

I put a new brain box on my intreped 2 years ago,now when I turn my lights on (head lights) at times they'll come on may work good for an hour then they just go out,or ill turn the head lights on they may take 5 mins befor coming no,I think its the brain box because at times my theft light will come on the odometer does not work,horn may not blow is this my brain box going out thank you
