1994 Chrysler Lebaron trouble?

Okay, I need some help trying to figure this out...My fiance has a 1994 Chrysler LeBaron(V6 3L engine), and he went to Florida to see his grandparents during this January. He went away for a week, and left the car here in Pennsylvania, where the temperature stayed between 15-25 degrees at the time. He came back to start the car, and it did not start due to a dead battery. He did and checked everything accordingly, and charged the car by jumpstarting it. From there, it has had a mix of problems. First, the temperature sensor that is on the inside of the car began to read 115+ degrees(he replaced it, and then it worked). For the last few weeks, he has had problems with the battery being low as well. He replaced it last night accordingly, and when driving down the road, the air bag light came on , and the temperature sensor turned again. He made some minor adjustments, and then it work for about 30 minutes, and then did the same thing again.....Now, he has the original battery back in, and he has checked the battery, the alternator(which tested perfect), and is now going to look at the starter.....Another assumption is that there may be a short that is in the wiring....But I wanted to know if anybody else has had these problems, or anything similar to, that could possibly be helpful....It is greatly appreciated....And if you need any more info about it to help me, just say.....Thank you!
