1994 cadillac deville no power to wipers?

94 deville has no power to wiper moter checked fuses with tester cant find one thats bad i dont have fuse diagram so i checked them all. anybody have some sudgestions?
ive looked i cant find one. and i also checked all relays i could find
 
I would try searching for the fuse diagram online. More then likely there is a large relay fuse under the hood that needs to be changed.
