Get another car,That means it has a leak in the pipe and it's a fire hazard.Get rid of it before it catches fire.I know these old cars can be a pain but it's not worth fixing because it would cost you more than the car is worth.I have a 97Honda that has a small oil leak but if it's leaking out of the exhaust pipe this is serious,get rid of it.Maybe you can trade it in.I know used cars because that's all I can afford,but that is dangerous.Good luck.
