The fan is good but not coming on > The fan motor relay is good but not activating > The ground wire coming into the relay socket (that operates the relay - not the fan) meters 14VDC to the positive wire that operates the fan motor relay until the relay is plugged into the socket >>> The the voltage drops to ZERO. Any suggestions?
