I just went to the junkyard and purchased 4 rims 4 my 1994 Acura Legend. The rims are off a Acura RL, 1998. The lug pattern is correctm but the center hole of the rim is too small for the lip that comes off the rotors. I have them on the vehicle and it rides ok, but i am concerned about the rotor not being recesed properly in the hole of the rim. Is this dangerous? Should i take back and look for different set?

Stop driving the car right now. The load of each wheel is designed to be clamped directly to the hub/rotor. If it's riding on the hub's centering ring, the small strip of aluminum could give way leading to a catastrophic wheel failure. Yes, it is dangerous. Get rims that fit before you hurt yourself or someone else.
