1993 toyota 22r-e truck im not getting any gas to cold start injector or intake?

rebuilt engine and i can prime it with gas and will run until gas is used,i have replaced fuel pump ,put on new efi1 relay ,a new fuse,did the paper clip in testmode to force fuel pump to work,forced the valve open on the mass air flow etc etc any ideas
