1993 pontiac grand am, we have a brake problem.?

my 93 pontiac grand am has a brake problem. i slammed on the brakes, and heard a popping sound, then i lost all brake pressure. removed frnt right wheel, where there was brake fluid all over the rim. since, i filled it back up with brake fluid and found no leak, but still don't have brake pressure. the emergency brake (when released) clicks all the way back down to the floor by it's self. also my back left tire is locked up. not sure what is going on please help.
 
i am not too familiar with a pontiac braking system, but i will try and help solve the problem. it is no good just filling up the brake resovoir, you will need to bleed the whole system, it also seems likely that you will need to replace your wheel cylinder seals, as they have blown out from their housing and are probably damaged, also if the shoes, or pads are worn down, they too, will need replacing. i suggest you check all the braking system, and replace as nesessary.
with regard to the emergency brake,this will free off when you release the bleed nipples on the calipers.
