ok 1993 pontiac bonneville, car started shaking and inside it smells like gas or exaust, i took it to the dealership they said based off the codes it gave 53,54,55,42,66
it needed new egr valve.
maybe a cat converter, so i took it to a local muffler shop , they said its not the cat cause it was glowing from heat, so it must be the egr, so i bought a new egr and put it on.
drove it around a bit, still shakes a little and smells and the cat is glowing orange.
i dont know what to do next, any ideas?
the car runs great aside from the smell and skaking while at a stop.
it also has loss of acceleration iv noticed.
