you might be low on power steering fluid they whine and gurgle when low. Every ford I had with power steering always made a sound when turning the wheel. But this was years ago with an 1985 marquis.
And if the fluid is jet black I would be changing it out. It should look clear maybe a slight blue tint.
As for the grunting noise I would check for rusted or bad suspension parts. Sometimes you get a shock/strut that will pop, grunt, squeak.
Sometimes is a bad bushing too.
As for that car since its a 1993 and uses a thermo clutch fan I would be replacing that cheap part since they normally slip when they are old and leaking grease. You can see this on the fan shaft as black goo with dirt and grime on it. If so the car will run hotter with the bad fan clutch. They are easy to replace.
