When vehicle is in any gear and idling, e.g. at a stoplight, rpm drops to about 400-450 (according to stock tach) and strong vibration results. Idle screw will lower idle but can't raise it. Vacuum is normal. Cap, rotor, plugs are new. Spark plug cables resistance within spec. Took apart and cleaned IAC. Anyone have an idea I could try? Thanks.
