1993 Jeep Cherokee will not spark?

I have replaced the distributor, coil, plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and the crank sensor still nothing, now the fuel pump won't even come on and the RPM gauge goes crazy when I turn the key on. Is it the ECM? Is there a way to test the ECM?
 
It could be something electrical, check all your fuses and relays and make sure nothing is grounding out. Also bring the car in for an ECU diagnostic and see what error codes it's throwing out.
