What's wrong? I just recently acquired a 1993 Honda Del Sol Si. This has a 1.6 liter SOHC VTEC motor, D16z6 to be exact. The motor runs good but was recently put in by the previous owner. Everything works fine, the shifter changes gears but has just recently started to jolt up and down VERY badly on gear changes. From what I have read it is most likely bad transmission mounts. Any other ideas?
The car still easily goes into all gears, and I recently flushed transmission fluid and put in synchromesh.
