Hey, I have a 1993 Honda Civic EX and I'm trying to chase down a wiring problem. My fuel pump isn't priming. I checked the Main Relay for continuity, it was fine. I used a multimeter to try to see if the main relay was getting any voltage and it wasn't. I checked fuses #31 and #32, and they are fine as well. I think I may have found the problem though. I saw that those two fuses are connected to the ELD unit, so I took the bottom off the under hood fuse box and found that there is no continuity between the ELD unit, and there was none. Is there supposed to be any continuity between the ELD unit and those fuses, or should I keep looking. If that is the problem, how much would a new under hood fuse box assembly set me back?
