It started having trouble on cold days in the morning at the beginning of last winter but once the engine was warm it would start no problem. The starter motor runs and does its best but the engine is not cooperating. It doesn't sound like it is even attempting to turn over. Any ideas?
should mention that once the temps dropped enough it wouldn't start at all, so it hasn't run since December.
I'm getting a lot of starter advice which surprises me because it sounds like the starter is doing its end of the deal fine, turning the engine, but engine is not firing. I was thinking it was more likely a fuel system problem. Is my reasoning off.

Does this to me and my jeep. The starter for me was the silinoid was frozen. Try boiling water and pouring it on the metal of the starter and bell housing of the trasnmission. Try not to get any on your electrical though.
Worked for me

you either need a new starter, and or the O2 Sensor, i might get a new starter and see if that will do it, they might be at least cost $75-$250 or from a local shop, $55 to $130. and they might even tell why the temp drops to low.
