I have a 1993 Honda Accord (4-door/ex/117000 miles) and I was driving it home from work on the freeway, which was roughly about 26 miles, and suddenly my car just died. I tried to accelerate and I noticed the car would not accelerate, and my car was really quite. I pulled over and tried to restart my car and I got nothing. I ended up having AAA tow it to my mechanic. The next day my mechanic called me and told me that there was nothing wrong with my car. It started right up for him and he drove it around town, and had no problems with it. So I picked it up and drove it home and I had no problems with it untill two days later.
Again the car would not start...and then after a few minutes my car started and then died quickly as I put it in drive...then when I put it back in park, my D4 icon still had a green box around it and it was flashing.
All of this happened when the weather was about 90-105 degrees.
What is wrong with my car? My car is in great condition and I have never had a problem with it, what could this possibly be? Please help!
