I've replaced the O2 sensor, got the oil changed, added some Lucas fuel treatment to the gas tank, ran the engine for about 20min. before testing it, as well as properly inflating the tires to the correct psi, and it did better this time (it failed the first time i got it smog checked), but it still failed the CO% section @ the 15mph segment. Measured 15mph/25mph readings were: HC @30,33. CO @.71,.48. The guys at the shop said to just replace the catalytic converter and it should pass for sure. Just want a second opinion before i spend any more money. THX!
