1993 Honda Accord starting problems.?

When I go to start my car it starts kind of rough. Then after I have driven it and then let it sit for about 15 minutes when I go to start it again it does not want to start its like dragging to start. Also I have to add some coolant to the radiator everyday. I had the head gasket replaced about 8 months ago. When I pulled one of the spark plug covers out it had moisture and some oil on it. Can anyone help. Thanks
 
who ever did your head gasket f**ked it up real good, there is completely no other way that would happen , sorry babe, take it back or call them an just go off. I thought it was a head gasket before you even said it, an I just ran it by my mom,dad,and brother whom are ALL grease monkeys by trade, an everyone one said someone put on a head gasket wrong. sorry.
