1993 Honda Accord starter? starter solenoid?

So I have complete battery power when i go to crank up my car. But when i push in my clutch and turn my key i get nothing. I seriously don't think it's my starter since in the past when i have had those go out they actually acted up ahead of time. I think its my starter solenoid or either my neutral switch near my clutch. anyone have any ideas? This car has NEVER given me one problem so this kinda sucks
 
first clean your battery cables and then if its dont start try to jump start it and you know the battery is full of charge then get a new starter an d you can by pass safety switch and check as well
