1993 Honda Accord LX rear brake conversion, what do I need?

I have a 1993 Honda Accord LX 4dr. M/T and I have rotors at front and drums at rear, system non-ABS. I know that I could take out and put the ones from a 90-93 EX or the 10th Anniversary wish came with rear disk. My question is: Do I have to replace the brake proportion valve on my car with a 4040 prop valve? The '93 Integra came with this 4040 prop valve and my looks exactly like it( I think), are they the same? Also, do I have to replace the brake master cylinder, brake booster and/or any other parts for it to work or work better? Performance or I could still use OEM parts from my car or any other car? I'll be using, of course, the e-brake line from the swap and I also be converting my front brake using the Prelude rotor and the Prelude Caliper but also could use the Legend GS caliper. Help please. Any subjection's?
