1993 Ford Capri for $400?

My friend is wanting to sell me a 1993 Ford Capri for $400. he says there is nothing wrong with it and the body is in good shape just a small dint on the drivers door. says it starts every time. this car would be a point A to point B kinda car to drive to work and back. Do you think this would be a good deal?

if it starts and runs a small sporty car cheap to operate and insure for 400 i dont see how you could go wrong if motor blew up six months from now you could part out trans etc scrap the rest and recoup your money

if you trust him and the car is what he says. Then Yeah , why not. As long as it runs some what good.

this is what you would call a "disposable" car....great idea....when I was younger, that's all we ever drove..........happy motoring.....
