1993 dodge stealth non turbo?

is it normal for the inside of the intake manifold to be coated with oil. its not severe, its just got some carbonization. Also there was oil in the intake piping going down to the mass airflow sensor, i was told that these sensors can easily short out and is there a fuse or some way of checking if its good.
 
no its not normal you need to change the pcv valve on it that should stop it from blowing oil out on it,that's not a normal sign for those to do that,good luck.
