1993 Dodge Caravan Problems?

So i have been having some problems with my van, for some reason the battery keeps loosing its charge. It stared out just dying while driving an sometimes not starting.i hooked he battery up tp a charger and it says there is no charge,and the dash board gages light says it has no charge, so i keep charging it. The check engine light comes on and says code 41 which mean there is a problem in the alternator field circuit. I have had the altenator checked, the battery,starter checked also at 2 different places. Now when i try to start it, the van just clicks, the igniton was replaced because it was broke. It started 1 time today but will not restart, it just clicks. If the alternator,battery,starter and igniton are all good what could it be?
BTW battery is also new just had it checked to be sure it was good!
 
There is a short somewhere. After you turn off the ignition something is still connected and draining the juice from your battery.
