1993 Chrysler Lebaron Engine or Belt Clicks When Revving?

I own a 1993 chrysler Lebaron and it makes an odd clicking ticking noise when you rev the engine. It just started happening, but I don't think it is related to my other question. The sound seems to start a split-second after you rev, so i don't think it is the engine.

Anybody know what this could be or how serious it is?
FIXED- I added oil, must have been something to do with that because the clicking is gone.
