1993 buick regal parts question?

I talked to alot of mechanics trying to figure out what the piece is that goes from one side of the back end to the other its a fiberglass piece i have got so many answers so im tryin to figure the name of it is so i can get it ordered some said leaf spring some said axel something and a few more
 
pull out your cam take a picture of the part in question and we will give you proper name
