1992 toyota Camry Why won't it start?

There is no crank sensor. I checked with toyota, but changed the timing belt cover and it cranks but now it won't start. It did before I changed it.
Changed the timing belt 2 weeks ago.. It ran fine until I changed the cover
 
Possibly you indexed the timing belt incorrectly. Remove the timing cover and recheck the index marks, and if it's wrong hope you didn't ruin the valves.
