1992 jeep Cherokee hard to start!!!!!!!!!!!!?

haven't really spent a lot of money on it yet but is very hard to start it takes several times, its like priming it every time i start it and i do under- stand it may be the fuel pump but it is getting fuel, once it does start it idles very rough and when i push the peddle down a little it smooths out and runs like a new one ( note; i am not flooding if i didn't push the peddle it would never start)
 
Same problem with my 93. It takes about three times and it starts up. It has done this for the past five years we have had it. 235000 miles takes its toll on them. Its the injector pressure sensor dirty. it cost to much to replace to help out with the starting, so I know to try it several times then go. Some times it starts on the first try.
