1992 Honda Accord won't start?

My 1992 Honda accord wont start i was driving and just died its a stick so i was rolling and tryed to roll start it didnt happen i got a jump from a friend nothing i replaced the cap,rotor,Ignition Module,IGNITION Coil and still nothing o and my spark plugs have oil over them and my battery is good fuel pump is pumping so i dont know help some 1

Your spark plugs could very well be fouled. Replace them with copper plugs one heat range higher because your car is burning oil..
