1992 honda accord alternator problems?

ok i replaced my alternator at auto zone first one was bad i got it tested now second 1 works battery works its new i recharge it car works now why isn't it charging my car.. they're both good i need cables relays.. what? please help and yes i did the alternator test i disconnected my battery and car was ruining
