1992 ford t-bird,the #6 terminal on the coil is not sparking,does that mean

the coil is bad? On a 1992 super coupe 3.8l super charged,I replaced the spark plug wires,because the check engine light was on and it threw o 217 code witch said #3 coil,that wire was bad, it ran good after many restarts,then it dropped a cylinder,it seems that the #6 is not sparking at the coil.
does anyone no if that would mean the coil is bad?
