1992 ford f150 clutch problems?

just replaced the clutch about 500 miles ago, and now when i press the clutch in you can hear the clutch disc spinning and rubbing against something, also its acting like there is no pedal let, pedal moves like 1 inch from the floor and the truck starts to move? what could be wrong, and its got the 5.0 v8 and a 4 speed manual transmission, its 2 wheel drive
