1992 Chrysler La Baron A/C System?

I have a 1992 Chrysler La Baron that has been switched to the R134 coolant. I keep having to add R134 and have put dye in it to locate a leak but have been unsuccessful in locating a leak. The compressor works when R134 is added, but after the car sits the coolant is so low that the compressor will not kick in. When this happens, I add another can and it works fine until you turn it off and let it sit overnight. When I get up the next day. The A/C is no longer working. Any suggestions on what could be causing this issue?
