1992 chevy beretta abs light flashes what is wrong?

i was in school and i was heading home when the abs light started flashing. i stopped and checked the brake fluid and it is almost full. all the abs cables are plugged in. so i turned off the car, start it again and drove home and it turned on again when i was home. what does the flashing abs light mean? Thanks
