Wednesday, it started just fine - until I got to a gas station, where it wouldn't fire. Heard the tell-tale ticking noise, knew it had to be my battery.
Got a jump (it took forever), and it petered out in another parking lot. The battery was 8 years old, so I had a new one put in. Started just fine for ...two starts, then the SAME PROBLEM (ticking noise when trying to turn on). So now, she sits.
In short; it won't start unless it gets a jump, and when she gets a jump, it won't hold the charge for more than...two miles?
