1992 Buick Park Ave with Pass Key wont start, is the factory alarm busted?

I came to work today, put the car in park. shut it off, i locked the doors (automatic locks), the back drivers side lock doesn't lock with the auto, so i manually lock it. and went to work. I come out at lunch to leave, i have a seperate key i unlock the doors with (i dont have the clicker), so i put it in the passenger door, unlock the door, click the unlock doors button. Go to drivers side, get in. And the car wont start. It doesn't even click over or attempt to start. All electronics work perfectly.

Is something wrong with the pass key, door/locks, or factory security system?
